chord->getLength Newbler error

Hi,

I'm trying to run a Newbler assembly on a sample that is predicted to be ~8-9Mb but get the following error message:

Error: An internal error has occurred in the computation.
Assertion: chord->getLength() > 10
Location: 'bool ChordMatrix::checkAddChordColumn(Chord*, int)'
[ChordMatrix.cpp:182]
Please report this error to your customer support representative.

I was wondering if this rings a bell to anybody and if you knew how to fix it.

I experienced this error a lot when using FASTA file input rather than SFF files. This was with Version 1 of Newbler. If you can get Version 2 of Newbler, try that.

I still get this error with FASTA files in 2.3, no real help from Roche when I contacted them.
