    different softwares for whole-genome alignment?

    Hi everyone !
i have to compare two genomes, i have test mugsy, last, lastz and something else,so i got different results, for mugsy, the aligned reads are long ,but for the last, and lastz ,the aligned reads are short, how can i integrate these results?

    Thanks in advance !

You can club the results in graphic format using photoshop or some other image editor.

Can you let me know how you want to integrated the results? I thought you want to combine/compare them.

combine,i think.the simplest way is to extract the common regions, but i will lose some large regions.so can you give me some tips to get more credible results?
          thank you very much
