Next Generation Sequencing Workshop/course : NGS Data CRAMing, Archiving & Exploring

We are organizing a one day workshop on "NGS Data CRAMing, Archiving & Exploring" as part of a European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) course series funded by the EMBL-EBI and ENA.

The workshop is scheduled to be held on the 9th of September 2014 at EBI, Hinxton, Cambridge, UK. This training course is designed for early career scientists, post-doctoral trainees and senior PhD students to learn data standards, data compression, European Nucleotide Archive(ENA) data model, large-scale data management, Submission tools, its API, data retrieval and more...
