    good viewer for RNA-seq and ChIP-seq data

    Dear All,
    I have to prepare some high quality images of RNA-seq and ChIP-seq data regarding the coverage and histone modifications found in some genes of interest.
    I am not completely satisfied by the quality of IGV output nor by the customization of the tracks,
    I have also tried some others viewer, like IGB or SeqMonk, but with those I even get worst images and the GUI looks horrible to me,
    any suggestions which viewer to use?

    If you have data from one of the genomes available on UCSC you could try exporting the visualization from the Genome Browser (or ensembl).
