Or you could contact different companies that are doing sequencing and see if you can put your sample into a run. Not sure if they'll let you but I guess you can try. You can search for more but the only one I found from a quick search was Zymo: https://www.zymoresearch.com/pages/c...encing-service
I'm not sure on how easy this process will be but good luck.
