Pairwise sequence comparison tools for larger sequence
I want to compare some nucleotide sequences coding to protein of Beauveria bassiana & Metarhizium anisopliae (Entomopathogenic fungi). Please suggest me tools for pairwise comparison of genes (for example i want to compare Intracellular serine protease or Protein kinase from both species and find out the differences between them) of larger sequence (approx 2-5mb) which tool i should use.
