    Hi,
do you know where to find data from illumina's human body map project?
I don't think there is anything publicly available, but just in case..
    thanks,

They are incorporated in the IGV (Integrative Genomics Viewer).

Really! Do you have a link or resource to help explain that more?

I don´t know where is talking about this in the web page. Please try to install it in your computer and keep your computer online. Using human hg18 genome on the upper left. From "File", select "load from server", a new window will pop up. The last option is "Body Map 2.0".

It can also be downloaded without IGV:
                    /

                    -- update: not any more

Are there anyway we can download raw read or the raw alignment not the graphical one?

Hi, I think you might be able to get them from Ensemble. We (the IGV team) do not have permission to redistribute the BAM files. You could also ask Illumina.

I think it should be okay Steven. Your link is blocked for me and probably for others. I think you can remove that post to secure that no one can find the way to access it.

Genomics studies in neuroscience face a special challenge due to the brain’s complexity and scarcity of samples. Mapping changes in cell type and state using conventional next-generation sequencing methods remains challenging. Advances in technologies like single-cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, and long-read sequencing have opened the door to deeper studies of the brain and diseases like Alzheimer’s, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), and schizophrenia.

Cancer Drug Resistance: The Lingering Barrier to Rising Survival
                                by SEQadmin2

Cancer survival rates have significantly increased in the last few decades in the United States, reaching a combined 70% 5-year survival rate by 2021. Behind this number, there are years of research to find new therapies, drug targets, and early detection methods. But there is one core challenge that keeps slowing down these advances, and it’s about drug resistance.

There is no single reason why many patients don’t respond to treatment as expected. Cancer is...
