Download Affy annotation using Command prompt

Hii all,

I want to download Affy annotation file directly to my cluster. I am trying wget with user name and password but its not happening. Its loading some file which is lik JSP.

Can some one tell me way to communicate with Affy server and download files?

Can you post an example URL (without the username and password)? My blind guess is to try surrounding the URL in double quotes:

wget "http://google.com"

The quotes protect you from the ampersand '&' which splits the URL, and sends some random text command to your terminal. Been there, done that too many times"!
