Ik loop nu stage aan het lumc, daar ben ik bezig met RNA-seq data te analyseren. het is best lastig En bevalt je werkplek bij baseclear en waar werk jij dan aan?

Aha, en onder welke groep van het LUMC? Ik heb namelijk ook daar stage gelopen onder begeleiding van Judith Boer en ook later part-time gewerkt onder Johan den Dunnen.
ja bevalt me prima, ik heb hiervoor al stage gelopen bij Baseclear tijdens mijn Master op Univ Leiden. Ik werk eigenlijk aan alles op het gebied van Next-Generation, dus daar hoort onder andere ook RNA-seq bij. Hiervoor gebruiken wij CLCBio.
Zit Marja nog bij de bioinformatica opleiding op HS Leiden?

Ik loop stage voor Kees Tensen afdeling huid. dus dat is niet echt een bio-informatica afdeling maar ik word goed geholpen door de afdeling lgtc, waar Johan den Dunnen volgens mij ook werkt.
Marja is er ook nog steeds als laatste van de oude garde de rest is allemaal weg. Dus er is een hoop aan het veranderen op de opleiding.
Nou als ik nog vragen heb kan ik het mischien wel aan jou vragen als jij dat goed vind.

Hmmm dat zegt me niet zo veel, is ook al een tijd geleden dat ik er heb gezeten ik werkte inderdaad bij LGTC, afdeling humane genetica, dat is wat meer bioinformatica gericht.
Ik zat bij de eerste groep studenten die de opleiding volgde op HS Leiden, sindsdien is er zeker veel veranderd. Marja is volgens mij nog de enige ja.
Ja tuurlijk mag je me vragen stellen, no problem
