Hey all. New here.

I would have a bunch of questions regarding NGS sequencing. Specifically with regard to library prep pooling and the calculations to estimate depth, samples per lane, etc.

What is going to be the best forum to post that in? None seem to fit quite right.........

Hello there dandreak and welcome! You could either post it in the forum section of the sequencing technology you're planning to run the experiment on (e.g., Illumina, PacBio, etc.) or you could post this in the Sample Prep / Library Generation forum under the applications section.
