    Introduction

    hi all
    I am Momina and I am working on TILLING and exome capturing
    for analysis of sequencing results I am learning cluster
    I am at step 'SNP calling' for which I am using MAPS
    but I ma stuck at this because creating mpileup file and vcf file is becoming an issue
    I would like to seek help from you on this regard
