help genbank submit sequences
Hi, I am new here and the fisrt time to submit seq in genbank.
I need create initial mRNA with CDS intervals and for that I need import protein fasta. My question is if I need create another fasta with the translation in amino acid for each sequence? Where I can do that?
The definition Fasta must be
>ID [gene=symbol] [protein=name] title
gene symbol is RPB1 and protein name?
