I am a professional developer and software architect with a strong interest in bioinformatics (I studied biology, genetics and computer science at university - so have some idea about the science involved).
I am interested in solving problems members of this community have with software - e.g. data or file problems, visualization, unmaintained libraries that need attention.
I am happy to take a look at, or create new open source solutions that fix your problems. All ideas and suggestions welcome!
