    Rip-seq

    Hi all,
    I am an italian PhD student. I am interested to learn how analyze data from Ngs and in particular from RIP-Seq. at moment my studies have been about ChIP-Seq and miRNA-seq and now i want focused my attention on this new technology. Does anyone know laboratory in Europe where i can sPend a period to learn a Rip-seq pipeline analysis? Thank you in advance
