    droop estimate view?

    When I want to troubleshoot a 454 run, I would like to be able to look some indication of the decrease in signal intensity as the run progressed ("signal droop") for library and control beads.

    Presumably that is what the gsReporter --droopEstimate command gives me. But I can't find anywhere what the format of the resultant binary file is nor what sort of viewer might view this information.

    Anyone know?
