Kapa Quant Kit-- Roche light cycler
Hello,
i am using the Kapa library quantification kit for my GS junior Amplicon quantification.
the qPCR is performed with Roche Light cycler. the results came out pretty good. but in the light cylcler it provides two options for absoulte quantification
►► the Second Derivative Maximum method
►► the Fit Points method
i am confused to which method to use. i have taken the option of the fits point method and all the samples were positive but when i have opted the first method some of the samples failed. so i am not able to decide as to which method is best for quantification.
