Rapid Library titration range with qPCR?

    Good morning!
I was wondering if anyone has suggestions for a titration range of Rapid libraries quantified with qPCR instead of RFU. I've been using the qPCR for amplicon libraries and have a good titration range for those, but haven't done a rapid prep in some time. Any suggestions?
    Thank you!!

I'd say try 0.1-0.4cpb. Most of my rapid libraries for either XLR70 or XL+ have had good enrichments in this range. For a titration maybe throw one in at 0.8-1.0cpb.
I'd use a little bit lower cpb for MV rxns as well as they seem to have higher enrichments than the SV or LV at comparable inputs.

      Thank you!
I used a range similar to the one I've been using with amplicons (0.05-0.5), and I'll know within a few hours how/if it worked.

Well, it didn't work. At all. One of the 16 samples might have had a little bit of enriched beads, but not enough to sequence. Does anyone know if there are bad reagents lots floating around?

Multiomic Liquid Biopsy: What DNA/RNA Panels Reveal That DNA Alone Can’t
          by SEQadmin2

Tumors contain complex mixtures of cell populations that evolve in response to treatment and host-specific factors. Tissue biopsies provide only static snapshots of a tumor’s state. But what if we could follow that evolution over time using a minimally invasive technique?

Liquid biopsies can detect tumor-derived material circulating in the bloodstream, providing a way to study treatment response, detect emerging resistance, and discover new biomarkers. Circulating

New Genomics Technologies Take Aim at Long-Standing Limits
          by SEQadmin2

Researchers using sequencing and genomics tools often have to make trade-offs. They can choose between speed or scale, short reads or long-range information, or targeted panels or a view of the whole transcriptome. New technologies that have been released this year are built to address those tough choices.

We asked six companies the same four questions to learn about their latest products. The new technologies bring a lot to the table, including rethinking sequencing
