    Hi,
    i have low amount of total RNA and i want to sequence it.
    Every genomics services that i asked for their service offered me to use an internal protocol that they developed.
    i am a bit afraid from the next step when i will want to advertise the results, and the protocols that i used are not well known.
    Do i have really reason to concern?
