raw data of paper "The evolution of gene expression levels in mammalian organs"

I am just wondering if anyone know where the raw data of the paper titled "The evolution of gene expression levels in mammalian organs" in Nature is.

I try to get the raw sequence data via the GSE number (GSE30352) supplied in the paper; however I found that for most samples, it is shows that the data is not loaded yet (for example: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra?term=SRX081869).

    Thanks

    Did you ask the authors?

You can also dowload it fro ENA:
          http://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/data/view/SRP007412

They have a nice .tsv description file of the whole experiment, which can be used to automate the download.

Thanks your guys for the information! Now I can access the raw data, however I found that the base quality of the reads are very low (usually between 20). Is there anything wrong?

16S/ITS Profiling vs. Shotgun Metagenomics: What Changes in Your Workflow?
              by SEQadmin2

NGS has revolutionized clinical microbiology by offering new ways to identify and surveil pathogens without prior knowledge of the target. One popular approach is 16S rRNA and ITS amplicon sequencing, which targets specific microbial markers. But studies are increasingly incorporating shotgun metagenomics, a technique that sequences all DNA from a sample without targeting specific microbial markers. This approach allows more detailed taxonomic classification, detection...

Multiomic Liquid Biopsy: What DNA/RNA Panels Reveal That DNA Alone Can’t
              by SEQadmin2

Tumors contain complex mixtures of cell populations that evolve in response to treatment and host-specific factors. Tissue biopsies provide only static snapshots of a tumor’s state. But what if we could follow that evolution over time using a minimally invasive technique?

Liquid biopsies can detect tumor-derived material circulating in the bloodstream, providing a way to study treatment response, detect emerging resistance, and discover new biomarkers. Circulating
