    You're welcome!

Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any further questions. We are happy to supply all the relevant primer sequences used in the kits, since it is critical that you ensure they are compatible with your libraries. Unfortunately the adaptor sequences used in various library prep kits are not as straight-forward as one might hope, and of course many users are using their own custom/modified adaptor sequences for optimization, or in new applications.

We are in the process of updating our product literature to clarify these issues.

We had been using the bioanalyzer, 90% of the time it is right on ("right on" for us is 6-7 pM) but the other 10% has been too much to deal with. We've lately been using the KAPA biosystems qPCR kit, with great results. It's more complicated and expensive though, and we still are running bioanalyzer on most things just to get a look.

Both Illumina and ABI (LIFE) recommend Qubit or qPCR quantification. They strongly recommend against NanoDrop. Though I've had good luck with the NanoDrop.

I would recommend against Nanodrop as well. I use a Kapa qpcr with a bioanalyzer for sizing right now. I have had good luck with the Qubit, though.

Also, 8pM for us has now become too low and we are switching to 12pM.
