How to get the files of pair end read!

I'm new in the region.
I wanna learn how to use the softwares such as BWA, Pindel, etc.
But I don't have the data of the sequence and the files of pair-end reads.
Could you tell me how and where to get them.

It sounds like you just want some sample data to practice with. There's plenty of data out there, for many different organisms. Some suggestions:
