    MiSeq overclustering Nextra libs after 2.2 install

    Seems our Nextera pools are overclustering after doing the upgrade. Reducing concentration from 12.5pM to 10pM has helped; still need to go lower. Our TruSeq libraries are behaving as usual at 12.5pM.

    Tech support says nothing needs to change for sample prep or loading after the upgrade. Curious if anyone else is experiencing this.
