    Best whole genome sequencing service

    Hi All,
We are working on a whole human genome project and we need to sequence a trios:
    1. Father (30x)
    2. Mother (15x)
    3. Daughter (15).

We are looking for a sequencing service which can provide us paired-ends illumina data with affordable price. Could you please suggest the cheapest service with a good quality service?

    Thanks,
    Nguyen

    whole human genome service providers

    Hi Nguyen,

I recommend going to our Shop by NGS Project page to identify a service provider who can provide you with Illumina PE reads at the right coverage. Enter your minimum coverage requirements and the human haploid genome size: 3000000000.You'll find there are over 40 options to choose from. You can sort them by price or turnaround time, filter by read length and platform preference. You can select the package, upload specifications, instructions and place your order. Let me know if you have any questions.

16S/ITS Profiling vs. Shotgun Metagenomics: What Changes in Your Workflow?
      by SEQadmin2

NGS has revolutionized clinical microbiology by offering new ways to identify and surveil pathogens without prior knowledge of the target. One popular approach is 16S rRNA and ITS amplicon sequencing, which targets specific microbial markers. But studies are increasingly incorporating shotgun metagenomics, a technique that sequences all DNA from a sample without targeting specific microbial markers. This approach allows more detailed taxonomic classification, detection...

Multiomic Liquid Biopsy: What DNA/RNA Panels Reveal That DNA Alone Can’t
      by SEQadmin2

Tumors contain complex mixtures of cell populations that evolve in response to treatment and host-specific factors. Tissue biopsies provide only static snapshots of a tumor’s state. But what if we could follow that evolution over time using a minimally invasive technique?

Liquid biopsies can detect tumor-derived material circulating in the bloodstream, providing a way to study treatment response, detect emerging resistance, and discover new biomarkers. Circulating
