In my project , I want to study the effect of stress on the differentially expressed transcripts in zebrafish and identify the affected cluster of genes. I will be using İllumina Platform (Miseq). We kind of decided to go with 20M reads/sample. We find that the single-ended 75 bp and 20M reads/sample would be powerful enough for my purpose?
