please help

Hi all
I am working with Illumina Infinium Methylation 450K array data. I want to ask you that, for a particular CpG when there is Illumina annotation like "Gene Body", what does it mean actually, is this CpG from intronic region or from exonic region? I f somebody can help me, please help to know this

I think gene body there refers to introns and exons (except the first exon, which has its own annotation), but I'm not 100% on that. If you don't get a reply from someone who know with certainty (and don't feel like just spot checking a few CpGs to see where they are), then just shoot an email to illumina.
