    strand specific or not

    Hi,

    My cDNA was generated as nondirectional full length cDNA library using Mint cDNA synthesis kit (identical adapters were added to both 5' and 3' end of generated cDNAs). And the sequencing data is 100bp PE from illumina. When I was reading information from different website, I got the impression that my data should still be strand specific even though the cDNA was generated as nondirectional. Anyone here can give me some suggestions?
