    Studing antibiotic resistant gene via illumina technology

    Hi Everyone,

    I am new here and also in NGS also. i have used illumina for V3&V4 region of 16s rRNA sequencing and i classified based on different ribosomal database. Now I would like to use NGS to detect antibiotic resistant genes from Soil meta DNA. Please send me some suggestion regarding this (best platform, method, Database to identify sequence).
