Illumina Miseq PE 250

Dear all user,

I have amplicons of bacterial species of different samples I want to do sequencing by using Illumina MIseq PE 250. I want to make a pool of all samples, but the problem is that I have to insert the barcode before pooling. How the barcodes are inserted in the preamplified PCR product and where from these sequences can be obtained.
