How long can CMR & SRE reagents be thawed and stored at 4C? I'm not looking for the Illumina conservative recommendation (which I think is 1 month), but for people's experience in practice with how long it's stays good. If we have CMR & SRE that's been stored at 4C for 3 months, can we still use it? Has anyone tried to use SRE & CMR past 1 month and gotten a successful sequencing run?
If we use part of a the CMR & SRE bottles (say 100 cycles out of a 200 cycle kit), can we refreeze the rest of it to use at a later time?
I'm trying to figure out how to best cut out waste of these reagents.
