fastb format

does anyone know the format "fastb"? I want to get fastq format data but below the link, there are a lot of "fastb" and "qualb" format data. how can I transfer these formats to fastq data?

fastb is compressed (binary) fasta format created by the Broad Institute to store sequence data used by their Arachne assembler (link). It would appear that the only conversion program is part the Arachne install. Also pay attention the second paragraph. Fastb does not store 'N's; they are converted to random bases in the fasta->fastb conversion.
