Hi Colleagues,
The accuracy of sequencing cannot be expected to be even across a large genome such as human genome.
The variations in accuracy are probably reproducible at a given coverage.
Is there a map, diagram, database or any other resource demonstrating the distribution of accuracy over human genome or just human exome, or any part of exome?
Thanks
