low ending sample concentrations

My sample concentrations post-library prep are a lot lower using the Flex DNA kit compared to what I've had in the past using the XT kit. Is this likely loss during bead clean up (as this kit has more bead steps than the other kit)? Drying out of beads before resuspending into PCR mix? Is there any need to add additional PCR cycles, on top of their recommendation?

This could just be a fluke from my first prep using this kit, but I'd like to know how to improve before repeating. Thanks!
