concentrating Nextera XT libraries

Hi, We need to concentrate Nextera XT DNA libraries before baiting with MyBaits. The libraries are 22ul and total DNA ranges from 130-160ng. The minimum recommended input DNA for baiting is 100ng and volume is 7ul. Do others have experience of best way to concentrate Speedvac? MinElute? Or something else. These are clinical samples and there is a very limited amount of DNA left.

If libraries are eluted in water, SpeedyVac is the best option otherwise Zymo DNA Clean & Concentrator (DCC-5) which allows elution with minimum 6 ul.
