Run is complete without samplesheet

Hi,

a new user to MiSeq. I did my first run and I guess I messed it up during samplesheet part. I was trying to load a samplesheet already present in the computer but somehow didn't do that step and directly started a run. Run went through and now when the run is complete I cannot find any basecall folder in the data. Is there possibly a way to do it by adding the samplesheet and requeue the data or is it a failed run?

Yes it should be possible to add a samplesheet and re-queue the run for demultiplexing. Use the directions here: https://support.illumina.com/bulleti...-reporter.html
