Just finished my first Miseq run, and it appears it failed. Both Lane QC and Flow Cell are listed as failed. The total data is <1GB, even though it was significantly bigger while running.
What confuses me is that in the only chart on Basespace that actually shows something, the Data By Cycle, it seems the sequences I expected are there, judging by the intensities of each channels at their respective cycles.
What could be the reason for this? Is there any way to salvage any data out of it?
