    Where can I find more detailed information about the steps in NGS

    I just started to do NGS and I wanted to learn the purposes of the reagents that we are using during the all steps. Besides would like to get more knowledge about the evaluation of the run reports. Can you guide me where can I find that kind of information? TIA
