    Fastq file extraction problem

    Hi All

I use the "FileExporter"plugin to generate the zip file and decompress(unzip) it. It works fine on my first 3 samples.

I generate the fastq reads (around 60M reads per sample) ,decompress it and go to mapping, very smooth.

However, on the 4-th sample, the Browser shows that it contain 62M reads. When I use plugin to generate the ZIP, download it and decompress(Unzip) it. It give me the error and the fastq file only contain 10M reads. I don't know why , so I delete the zip file located on the Proton server, change the delimiter(from '.' to '_' ) and try the plugin again. It still give me 10M reads! The most strange is that the new Zip file also contains the previous fastq file (but with different delimiter).

Could you please tell me why it happen and how to solve it?

    Thank you!

Multiomic Liquid Biopsy: What DNA/RNA Panels Reveal That DNA Alone Can’t
    by SEQadmin2

Tumors contain complex mixtures of cell populations that evolve in response to treatment and host-specific factors. Tissue biopsies provide only static snapshots of a tumor’s state. But what if we could follow that evolution over time using a minimally invasive technique?

Liquid biopsies can detect tumor-derived material circulating in the bloodstream, providing a way to study treatment response, detect emerging resistance, and discover new biomarkers. Circulating

New Genomics Technologies Take Aim at Long-Standing Limits
    by SEQadmin2

Researchers using sequencing and genomics tools often have to make trade-offs. They can choose between speed or scale, short reads or long-range information, or targeted panels or a view of the whole transcriptome. New technologies that have been released this year are built to address those tough choices.

We asked six companies the same four questions to learn about their latest products. The new technologies bring a lot to the table, including rethinking sequencing
