Storage of Libraries

Just wondering,

Has anyone looked at the storage of their libraries? Are you storing at -20 or -80C? For how long? Have you pulled out an old library and progressed to a successful sequencing reaction?

Store libraries as you would any DNA. I have rerun libraries well over a year old from -20.
Freeze/thaw cycles will damage the DNA over time.
