new order for proton run?

Hi Everyone,

Today we found new run order with our proton sequencer. When we clicked the run,

load chip -> run information -> prepare run -> loading chip -> chip calibration -> run.

This order is different from previous one,

Load chip -> chip calibration -> loading chip -> run information -> prepare run -> run

Any suggestion on this strange order? Even I did reboot machine, when we found different orders.

Reboot again. Every thing went back normally.
