    Ion torrent data analysis

    Hi,
    I am new to Ion-Torrent. I have out-sourced my amplicon libraries for sequencing. I will be receiving my data soon.
    I would like to know whether it is mandatory to use Torrent Suite for data analysis Ion-Torrent 316 Chip generated data or are there other ways of data analysis?
