    Error message with Coverage analysis

    Hello everyone..
    I have been doing a coverage analysis using ion torrens plugin tmapping for selective reference genomes. The process was doing OK for most of the samples except two baracode where I keep getting error message "
    ERROR: bbctools create failed", I have repeated the process several times without any success. Could anyone help please to get me passed this issue. Thanks
