I'm using the SeqWare query engine to query data sequences. There is a problem with the way SeqWare is outputting the queried file though. The original files include a 'FORMAT' column as well as a column for each individual with information their specific variation. When I output the queried file, these columns are cut off. They include data that is essential to my project. It there any way to fix this?
