I'm designing a custom library prep for PacBio HiFi sequencing. The only real difference is that the adapters will be ligated to restriction enzyme digests with 4nt cohesive ends. I can't find any information on the sequence of the SMRTbell adapters to guide me on designing the custom adapters, and on the use of different sequencing primers. Does anyone have pointers for this?
