    Download Whole-Genome Shotgun Assembler for free. Celera Assembler (CA) is a whole-genome shotgun (WGS) assembler for the reconstruction of genomic DNA sequence from WGS sequencing data.

    The AS_global.H file is in the root of the source directory. After compiling, the new version of CA should be copied over the version distributed with SMRT Analysis. Copy the entire Linux-amd64 directory to /opt/smrtanalysis/current/analysis/bin/wgs-8.1
