    PreBaseFrames to seconds

    Duration between the start of a base and the end of the previous
    base incorporation is provided in Frames within a bas.h5 file. How can we convert the frames to units of time like seconds?

    The PerBaseFrames are used to calculate IPD values after alignment.

      Frame Rate

      bax.h5 and cmp.h5 file have an attribute FrameRate which saves the camera speed in frames per second used to record the movie. We can used this information to convert the frames to seconds.
