PacBio has released the Sequel II System, which increases the throughput of Single Molecule, Real-Time (SMRT) Sequencing by approximately 8-fold. The Sequel II System builds upon the recent advances of the Sequel System, to deliver highly accurate long reads with over 99% single-molecule accuracy.
