    Pac Bio DNA Extraction Resource

    I wanted to let everyone know there is a new resource available for DNA extraction for Pac Bio Sequencing. It is broken out into sample type. If you have any protocols that you would like to add you can ask for your protocol to be added via email on the website.

    Extract the highest quality high molecular weight (HMW) DNA and enhance read lengths by depleting short DNA



    All of these protocols are ones from the scientific community/publications.
