Does anyone know if the end user can calibrate the ABI 3130xl? If so, does anyone have a guide?

Sanger ABI spatial/spectral calibrations are ment to be done by end users.
First you do spatial calibration, than run a standard and do spectral calibration...
Or you mean laser beam / mirrors alignment?
If the end user is good at physics, optics and has some practical experience with lasers and can understand the design of optical path - than it can perform laser beam alignment.... Just go from laser and keep the beam level/square/parallel/overlapping each other on detection cell with similar intensity... and focused in single line on array capillaries...
