    Large hg mate-paied problems

    Hello,
    We did mate-paired (ins. 1,500 bp) 50bp run on the solid machine.
    It finished last week, and currently there are no processes listed in 'Cluster Status' via SETS. We have only 272Gb free space (results).
    The problem is that there are no 'primary' results for F3 fragment. Neither for the first glass _1, nor for _2. Only R3 csfasta and QV files...
    How we can get it? Probably, insufficient disc space? But why there are no queued jobs in SETS?
