    ABI Sequence Alignment Browser (SAB)

    Hi,

    We're using the ABI SAB browser. Does anyone know what the meaning of the color scheme is for the aligned sequences? The Help link points to the Apollo documentation but it doesn't seem to explain what the base color scheme is. Some bases are colored red, green, blue, or yellow but we don't know what this means. Any help is appreciated.
